How to eat Healthy


First there are many things that are included. The amount of food that you eat and how many times a day. What also comes into account is the different types of food that you are putting into your body! There are the classic 5 food groups and the right amount of servings that an average person must take into their body daily. First there is the fats oils and sweets of course those shouldn't be eatin very often because they cause many problems. Then there is the the dairy group which you should eat 2-3 servings of. Next is the meat group also 2-3 servings. With the vegetable group you should eat 3-5 servings of this everyday. The fruit group asks for 2-4 servings and the bread group asks for the most with 6-11 servings. According to studies if you follow this while choosing your meals and what you are going to eat then you will stay healthy and maintain the right balance of nutrition and vitamins.
